FAQ & PREP GUIDE

Your delivery site must be on level, compacted ground (asphalt, concrete, packed gravel, or dry level earth). Access requires a minimum entrance width of 10 feet 6 inches, an overhead clearance of 13 feet (free of low branches, power lines, or eaves), and a flat parking length of 22 feet.

No. The mobile unit is levelled, chocked, and locked on-site exclusively by our team. Any attempt to hitch, tow, or move the trailer results in full forfeiture of the $1,000 security deposit plus complete financial liability for any damage.

If our driver arrives and determines the site is unsafe or unsuitable due to undisclosed obstacles, steep inclines, soft mud, or unplowed ice/snow, setup will be refused. In this event, 100% of the delivery fee and 50% of the booking fee will be forfeited to cover transport and scheduling costs.

Driveways, access paths, and parking spots must be completely plowed, cleared of deep snow, and sanded or salted if icy. Our heavy-duty towing rig requires adequate traction and stable ground to position, maneuver, and level the trailer safely. If our driver arrives and cannot safely navigate or set up the sauna due to an unplowed, plowed-over-ice, or dangerously slippery driveway, delivery will be refused under our Unsafe Site Policy (resulting in 100% delivery fee and 50% booking fee forfeiture).
